My Family in June-Some Fun Things We Did

Here’s my monthly posting about the fun things we did in June!  We had a wonderful month and are definitely ready for summer!  Lex has been up to lots of fun stuff including growing teeth and feeling the neccessity to eat with utensils-it’s still a work in progress.  We had some fun play dates, trips to the park and the beach.  In the middle of June, we took a trip to San Jose to visit the Grandparents, Great Grandparents, uncle, great uncle, aunt, cousin etc–lots of family up north 🙂  We had a GREAT time and hope to visit again towards the end of the summer.  Aleksa got to visit Happy Hollow during our visit.  We saw squirrel monkeys and got to ride the 2 mph Danny the Dragon.  Cameron had a great time surfing Pleasure Point in Santa Cruz and we had a great day getting ice cream at The Penny Ice Creamery and eating at The Cliff Cafe all while Aleksa had her first full day with Grandma.  Looking forward to the fourth of July!
